2018 Syrah

The 2018 Adastra Syrah is a very smooth and richly textured wine. Dark plum in color, it has aromas of roses, citrus, raspberries, plums, cherries and vanilla, as well as elements of char, brambles, coffee, and cassis tea. On the palate, the wine is fullish in body, with very gentle tannins.  This wine is very enjoyable now, but will benefit from aging and/or decanting before consumption.
