2018 N'Oak Chardonnay

N'Oak is aged in stainless steel barrels to showcase the combination of our Adastra vineyard site, the Chardonnay grape and the yeast.  No oak (N'Oak) influences the flavor of this wine.  Aromas include citrus, mango, wild honey and green gage.  The dry, intense, refreshing palate has fruit, honey and mineral components.  Perfect for the outdoors and warm weather (or thoughts thereof).  Only 119 cases crafted.
