2016 Boundless Optimism "Brand New Day" Pinot Noir

This is a medium-bodied, garnet-colored wine.   It has floral aromas, along with cherry, plum and spice.  On the palate, there is fruit and an element of umami.  The finish is refreshing and very “more”-ish.  Made from a blend of the Swan, Pommard, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777 Pinot Noir selections grown at Adastra's certified organic vineyard in the Napa Carneros.
