2017 Boundless Optimism Rosé of Pinot Noir

The 2017 Boundless Optimism is a deeply perfumed Rose`made from organic grapes at the Adastra Vineyard.  Aromas include roses, strawberries, peach, nectarine, candied peel and yeast.  On the palate the wine has a pleasantly intense wild-strawberry-citrus core and ends with a delicious mouthwatering finish.

Why Boundless Optimism?

Boundless Optimism wines are the descendants of the 2011 Optimism Rosé, our first foray into positive thinking in wine labeling.  Since optimism is so antithetical to winemaker Edwin Richards’ disposition, we doubled down and called this wine “Boundless Optimism.”  Optimism wines are crafted by Adastra and all the grapes in this wine came from Adastra’s certified organic vineyard.  Here’s to Optimism, Boundless Optimism!
